Hi folks. I am renting the bedroom and en-suite bath in my basement apartment to a close friend. The rest of the house including the living space in the basement will be shared.
Does anyone know of any resources for free or low-cost lease agreement templates? I've used ez-landlord before but would prefer finding something cheaper to cut costs. (I'm charging her below market rent at a flat rate that includes utilities. No security deposit.)
