Paint my village

This is a call to /r/SeattleWA renters and owners to get involved in the politics that matter: local politics. An article titled (Don't Paint My Village) [http://ift.tt/2cV5Dx8] was recently published. If you agree, disagree, or want to find some middle ground then follow the take action. It's up to you as a renter or owner to have an opinion. As a renter, I disagree with this article in spirit and tone. If density isn't increased your rents will be more expensive due to decisions like this.If you own then I'll just say it sounds a lot like Palo Alto.Take Action FTFA Email the City Council with your input before October 10th. An email to council@seattle.gov will reach all of the members. Directly contacting your representative won't hurt.Attend the Full Council meeting on October 10th and make a public comment. The meeting will be at 2:00 pm at the City Council chambers, 2nd floor. Address is 600 4th Avenue. The Wallingford Community Council has formed a committee called WallHALA to respond to the Mayor’s housing agenda. You should leave your thoughts on it. via /r/SeattleWA http://ift.tt/2dH3jMY
