I have an idea that on its face looks like panhandling, but I would consider busking and it really blurs the lines a little bit.It's a bit of comedy social commentary/satire.I tried to Google it, but all I got were old articles about how busking is legal with a permit at Pike Place Market and how people were considering making panhandling illegal.For instance, do I need a permit to busk at, say, Olive and 5th?
