I live in north Beacon Hill. At about 4:45am last night I heard gunshots, and called 911 who'd already had reports from several other people. Lots of cops show up and drive around the neighborhood but nothing shows up on the 911 site. Why not? It seems like good information to know where gunshots are coming from so you know if you're in immediate danger.
