Mid-thirties couple no kids, not having kids, HUGE dogs.Trying to keep my commute <30 min. Would like a house over 2k sqft, a fenced yard, and a quiet area. Budget up to 850K. Proximity to bike trails, parks, water/lakes all big plusses.Character in neighborhoods is all well and good but as huge introverts I don't personally care all that much.
