I am moving to a new apartment soon and will have to park on the street until a parking space opens up. Can anyone let me know if a space like what is shown here is considered open street parking? Or is this considered someone's property? I've noticed a lot of street parking in the area has these gravel spots but not sure if that's public or private. Thanks for the help.
