My wife and I are considering making an offer on a home in the area. We'd be between MLK and Rainer Ave S just off of S Graham St.
I'm concerned about gang activity in the area, muggings, ect, anyone have any info they could share?
We've been living downtown for about 2 years and feel like having a place with a yard instead of listening to our neighbors kids feet above us. ;p
