If someone was interested in how Seattle officers have sanctioned mutual combat, are the only results im going to find Phoenix Jones? As in, its rare, never really happens anymore and maybe its illegal now? Im aware of what the gist is but just wanted to know if there is more material/content around this theme eg. Phoenix Jones as an example.
